This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how AmeriDreams Home Programs, “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data and what rights you have regarding that data. Questions? See Section 20 for our contact information.

2. What is personal data?

“Personal Data” (also “Data” or “personal information”) means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual. De-identified or aggregated data and publicly available information are not Personal Data.

3. About us

AmeriDreams Home Programs operates a national network of real-estate, mortgage, and community specialists who help firefighters, EMS, law-enforcement officers, military members (active duty, reserves, and veterans), healthcare professionals, and teachers (“Heroes”) save money when buying, selling, or refinancing a home and when making everyday home-related purchases.

4. Who are AmeriDreams Home Program Affiliates?

“Affiliate” means an independent real-estate agent, lender, title company, home inspector, or other home-related specialist that has an ongoing contract with AmeriDreams Home Programs to serve Heroes.

5. Our services

Our Services include:

• Our website, https://www.ameridreamshomeprograms.com (the “Site”);

• Hero registration and matching with Affiliates;

• Hero Rewards payments;

• Affiliate marketing, training, and membership tools (“Membership Services”);

• Phone, email, and other support; and

“Services” (capital S) means only what AmeriDreams Home Programs provides directly. Services provided by Affiliates to Heroes are outside the scope of this Notice.

6. When does this notice apply?

This Notice governs Personal Data collected in the United States through our Services when AmeriDreams Home Programs is the “Controller” (or “Business” in California). It does not cover data you provide directly to an Affiliate or to another third-party website, even if you reached that site through the Services.

7. AmeriDreams Home Programs' relationship with you

A. Heroes & Site Visitors — We are the Controller of Data you give us via our Site, registration forms, calls, texts, emails, reviews, or Hero Rewards.

B. Affiliates & Other Businesses — For information you supply while acting on behalf of an organization, the organization is the Controller and we act as Processor.

C. Employees & Contractors — Data collected in an employment or contractor context is governed by internal policies, not this Notice.

8. Children and Teens Under 18

Our Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their Personal Data. Contact us (Section 20) if you believe we have unintentionally collected information from anyone under 13.

9. Information We Collect and How

We collect:

• Identifying information (name, email, phone, address) you provide in forms or communications;

• Device & usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies);

• Network activity (search terms, links clicked, ads viewed);

• Event data (webinar/event registrations, interactions);

• Account credentials for Affiliate logins;

• Demographics (zip code, hero occupation, business role);

• General location (inferred from IP or ZIP);

• Commercial & transaction data (type of service used, dates, amounts, settlement statements);

• Any other information you voluntarily submit.

10. Sources and Purposes of Use

A. Sources — Directly from you; indirectly from devices, cookies, social networks, public databases, and service providers.

B. Purposes — To provide and improve Services; set up Hero and Affiliate accounts; calculate Hero Rewards; process payments and donations; secure our Site; prevent fraud; comply with law; conduct analytics; personalize content; and market our Services (including interest-based advertising where allowed).

11. How and Why We Disclose Personal Data

We may disclose Data:

• With your consent or as you direct;

• To service providers under contract (hosting, analytics, security, marketing, payment processing, etc.);

• To Affiliates after a Hero registers;

• To prevent fraud or comply with law;

• In connection with a merger, sale, or asset transfer;

• In aggregate or de-identified form;

• As otherwise described in this Notice.

12. Your Choices

• Cookie Settings — Use our Cookie Preferences Center or enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser.

• Marketing Emails/Text — Follow unsubscribe or STOP instructions in each message.

• Account Info — Affiliates can log in to view or update profile data.

• Data Requests — See Section 18 for state-law rights (access, deletion, correction, opt-out, etc.).

13. How We Protect Financial Information

Heroes never pay AmeriDreams Home Programs. Affiliate dues are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store payment-card details.

14. Security Measures

We use TLS encryption, firewalls, access controls, and other safeguards. No online transmission is 100 % secure, so share information at your own risk.

15. Data Retention

We keep Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

16. International Transfers

Our servers are in the United States, and vendors may operate globally. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect transferred data.

17. Other Things to Know

Use strong passwords, log out after each session, and remember that public posts or emails can be viewed by others.

18. Privacy Rights for U.S. Residents

State privacy laws may grant rights to access, correct, delete, or opt-out of certain processing, targeted advertising, or “sales/sharing” of Personal Data. We honor these rights where applicable. Section 18.H explains how to opt-out of sale or sharing via cookies or other identifiers.

19. Updates to This Notice

We may update this Notice periodically. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent changes. Significant changes will be highlighted on our Site or communicated directly where feasible.
