• You are of legal age and otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract.

• You are interested in purchasing, selling, and/or refinancing real property.

• The property of interest is located in the United States.

• You do not have an exclusive contractual arrangement with any other real-estate professional or lender.

• You consent to be contacted by AmeriDreams Home Programs via e-mail, telephone, or other means.

• AmeriDreams Home Programs may request, receive, copy, and review the Settlement Statement from your transaction for quality-assurance purposes.

• You acknowledge that AmeriDreams Home Programs recommends that you independently verify the license status and background of any referred professional. AmeriDreams Home Programs makes no warranties beyond the initial checks performed when professionals apply for the Affiliate Network.

• You are not obligated to accept any proposal submitted by a referred professional; proposals are not binding offers and do not create an agency relationship.

Obligations of Real-Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Service Providers, or Vendors registered with AmeriDreamsHomePrograms.com

By completing registration, you request that an AmeriDreams Home Programs representative contact you and you agree that:

• You are of legal age and capable of forming a binding contract.

• You are interested in affiliating with AmeriDreams Home Programs.

• You consent to be contacted regarding AmeriDreams Home Programs services.

All content on this website is for educational purposes only and does not create a legal contract between AmeriDreams Home Programs and you.
